Julien Pinault
FounderJulien Pinault co-founded and led the Capital Markets department of the Arthur Loyd Group for 8 years. An INSA Lyon engineering graduate with a Master’s degree from ESCP Europe, he also worked at DTZ Investors, AXA Real Estate and LaSalle (in Shanghai).
Quentin Richard
Head of RetailQuentin Richard was Associate Director in CBRE’s Retail Capital Markets department, then Deputy Head of Retail in the Arthur Loyd Group’s Capital Markets department. A Kedge Business School (IMPI) graduate, he also worked at White Stone, Patrimoine & Commerce and the Duval Group.

Investment AnalystStanislas Novo-Lefébure joined ENIPE in 2022, after a law degree at Université Paris-Saclay – Jean Monnet and a Master’s in real estate finance at ESPI.
